YF4L Layout

Warm-up and Isolated Movement

Help improve their cardiovascular fitness, strength, and flexibility without equipment.

High-Intensity Activity

Strives to engage participants in at least 30 minutes of daily moderate and vigorous PA and to increase PA at home while having fun

Health and Behavioral Topic

Teaches specific skills that children can learn and develop to increase their chance of successfully completing a physical activity, healthy eating, and other life skills

Content Reinforcement Game

Moderate-vigorous games that reinforce the content learned in health or  behavioral topics
Finish the game by having all participants run two laps around the play area

Go-To Game

 Allows children to select from a list of familiar games that they enjoy
